1. Do you deliver and collect the vehicles?
Yes, our pricing includes delivery to your home/office and collection once you have finished with the hire.
2. We are going to Europe, can we take the vehicle into Europe?

With prior authorisation vehicles can be taken into Europe. We supply you with a special European Travel Kit to comply with European road laws. This kit includes a Reflective Triangle, High Visibility Jackets, Spare Lightbulb Kit and Headlight Reflectors. When getting a quote please advise us of your European Travel as there are additional costs with regards to Breakdown Cover and European Insurance.
3. Are the prices Fully Inclusive?

Yes, all our prices are fully inclusive for UK use. This includes Insurance, Road Fund Tax and VAT. If you are going abroad we can quote separately, just call us on 020 8432 0766.
4. Can you do One-Way rentals?

Call us for pricing, this is possible, but not via our online reservation system.
5. What is the Insurance Excess?

Our excesses are displayed below.

6. Is there a mileage limit?

No, our vehicle are unlimited mileage.
7. Where do I collect the vehicle from?

You can collect the vehicle if you wish, but in most cases we provide Free Delivery & Collection to your home/office.

If you do want to collect, we work with major vehicle rental companies, such as Sixt, Europcar, Budget, Avis, National, Enterprise and Thrifty. As such we have a large network of rental offices. Our aim is to bring you the best vehicle from our suppliers and on that basis, we will send you the branch collection address once your booking has been processed.
8. Is there a deposit, and if so, how much?

Instead of taking an actual deposit on your credit/debit card we take a Pre-Authorisation, which means that
whilst your card is not actually charged the deposit amount, a freeze is placed around that money for the duration of the rental / or for a set amount of days, normally about 1 week. This is done incase you get any parking tickets,
speeding fines, etc…

The actual amount we Pre-Auth varies dependant on the vehicle group but the Pre-Auth amount is normally between £100 and £250. If you are concerned about the Pre-Auth amount please call us on 020 8432 0766 to confirm.
9. Can I leave my car at the rental office?

Some offices do have on-site parking, however you will need to call us to confirm this first. Call on 020 8432 0766.
